2. Educational Services

Mittal's RISE Edutech provides coaching and educational services for students from Class 6 to 12, including preparation for board exams, JEE, and NEET.

2.2 Service Limitations

• We do not guarantee specific marks or ranks
• Success depends on student's dedication and effort
• We reserve the right to modify curriculum and teaching methods
• Class schedules may be subject to change

3. Enrollment and Registration

3.1 Eligibility

• Students must meet the minimum age and academic requirements
• Parent/guardian consent is required for students under 18
• Students must provide accurate and complete information during registration

3.2 Registration Process

1. Submit completed application form
2. Provide required documents (academic records, ID proof)
3. Complete admission test (if applicable)
4. Pay applicable fees
5. Sign admission agreement

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Fees and Payments

4.1 Fee Structure

• Fees are as published on our website and admission materials
• All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹)
• Fees are subject to revision with prior notice

4.2 Payment Terms

• Fees must be paid in advance as per the selected payment plan
• Accepted payment methods: Cash, Cheque, Online Transfer, Credit/Debit Cards, UPI
• Late payments may attract penalty charges
• Bounced cheques will incur additional charges

5. Cancellation and Termination

5.1 Student Withdrawal

• Written notice must be provided for withdrawal
• Refund eligibility depends on notice period
• Study material charges are non-refundable

5.2 Institute Termination Rights

We reserve the right to terminate services for:

• Non-payment of fees
• Violation of code of conduct
• Disruptive behavior affecting other students
• Academic dishonesty
• Any illegal activities

6. Student Conduct

6.1 Expected Behavior

• Regular and punctual attendance
• Respect for faculty and fellow students
• Maintenance of classroom discipline
• Completion of assigned work and homework
• Careful handling of institute property

6.2 Prohibited Activities

• Bullying or harassment of any kind
• Use of mobile phones during class hours
• Copying or cheating during tests
• Damage to institute property
• Unauthorized recording of classes
• Sharing of confidential study material

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Ownership

All study materials, curriculum, teaching methods, and content provided by Mittal's RISE Edutech are our intellectual property.

7.2 Usage Restrictions

• Study materials are for personal use only
• No reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without permission
• No sharing of materials with non-enrolled students
• No uploading to third-party websites or platforms

7.3 Student Work

We may use anonymized student work, test scores, and success stories for promotional purposes, with appropriate consent.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using our Services, you consent to:

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mittal's RISE Edutech shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
• Statements or conduct of any third party on the service
• Any other matter relating to the service

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service causing the liability.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mittal's RISE Edutech and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from:

• Your violation of any term of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right
• Any claim that your content caused damage to a third party

12. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these Terms if such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, etc.)
• Government actions or restrictions
• Pandemics or epidemics
• Strikes or labor disputes
• Power failures or internet outages

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Punjab, India.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
